Am I too out of shape to start?

Absolutely not. Antje works with people at every fitness level, from complete beginners to those returning after injury or a long break. Every program starts where you are, not where you think you should be.

Do you offer group sessions?

Yes, small group sessions of 2–4 people are available at the private gym. A great option if you want to train with a friend or partner at a lower per-person cost.

What do I need for in-home sessions?

Nothing special. Antje will build your program around whatever space and equipment you have, even if that's just a living room floor. She'll let you know if any simple equipment would help.

Where is the private gym located?

The gym is located at Antje's home in Ashburn, VA. The exact address is shared after your free consultation is booked.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes. Length can be adjusted based on your schedule and goals.

Do you offer packages or discounts?

Yes, 5-session and 10-session packages are available at a discounted rate. Contact Antje for current pricing.

Do you work with people recovering from injuries?

Yes. Antje holds a Cancer Exercise Specialist certification and has extensive experience training clients with physical limitations and special health considerations. She will always work within your doctor's guidelines.
